The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 基本上不过取材于历史真实事件的外壳，电影本身的情节全部都是虚构的，而且还夹带了当下庸俗但「政治正确」的私货，「三义士」是南非黑人解放运动成功后的「由果倒退」的虚名，却被本片编导煞有介事的炮制「神话」，可见电影作为纯粹的宣传工具时的不堪。

困惑期的故事看完总是觉得疲惫和无聊，看剧时内心反应也会是“这没必要、没必要”“这也是大可不必”
種族之間，人為的隔離，就是世界上最大的不公。白種人的傲慢，就是自我感覺太好。自由和平等有時候的代價是巨大的，南非如此，很多地方也如是。
