明星吴若甫被绑架，明星刘德华用这个真实题材演了明星被绑架的《解救吾先生》，吴若甫演配角。韩国翻拍，明星黄政民演的就是黄政民被绑架，不只名字一样，角色设置也与演员本人一样，只不过韩国版把现实与电影的故事延伸融合在一起，电影里明星朴成雄又把明星黄政民被绑架的事件拍了电影，黄政民还亲自去探班。和中国版最大的不同就是韩国警察的智商永远是让观众着急的。
