New York pretentious Diana Sullivan is writing a series of articles on the theme of "family" for Cosmopolitan magazine. Primarily to keep an eye on her but also because of the personal connection, Diana invites her mid-teen daughter, Grace Sullivan, to accompany her on a trip to research the next in the series, dealing with their own family, most specifically a wing that lives deep in the backwaters of the Louisiana bayou, which has been largely overtaken by oil companies of late. They are most directly connected by brothers: Diana's grandfather Mike, and Joe, the patriarch of the Louisiana wing. Diana and Grace have never met their Louisiana relations, they in turn who do not even know that Diana and Grace exist. 适合安静地从头看到尾的偏严肃题材，一部劫持人质题材的影片，矛盾点围绕着Umkhonto weSizwe：民族之矛，南非秘密武装组织展开，过程有种懒驴拉磨车的感觉，比起讲故事更喜欢灌意向和种族矛盾，后半部分观感比前半部分好
3.5，没有性爱，没有过多煽情，剧情中规中矩，但这类题材真的我的菜，所以＋半星。对上一次看得开心又觉得好听的青春音乐电影是band slam～应该没记错名字。那首where are you now把我带进了音乐，自己学着去band 房把自己扒下来的节奏写纸上然后打出来。
也就落一个道具比国产摇滚乐主题电影强 其他全方位拉跨
电影层面来说四分高了，但我是重金属狂热爱好者。话说其实音乐金属成分不多。
挺可爱的小电影，可以一看。戏剧性和喜剧性都有，音乐蛮爽的，里面的年轻演员也都很耐看。学校里的边缘人在一起搞重金属，不知道为什么让我想到了School of Rock。
摇滚并不是只有&#和~@，还有无限的积极和未来。
拍得很不错。青春校园故事的老套虽然没能摆脱掉但这不重要，故事讲得不错，没有逻辑硬伤，也没有很媚俗的地方，有几个镜头真是挺漂亮，乐队大赛时吉他手飞起真乃神来之笔。演员演得都很棒，尤其是吉他手的颜艺，相当可以，虽然我只打了三颗星可这也不重要，我对这种类型的电影不是太感冒不过这是一部好电影，赞它！
反正就嗨呗。每次看这种片都为自己校园时期没疯一把感到遗憾。

不错，选角儿和节奏都挺好的，试问青春的时候哪个Misfits能拒绝摇滚呢？摇滚拯救了他们，也拯救了自己。
说不上来的一般，都不能说还行……
典型的美式青春，不讨喜之中大提琴融合的金属乐却又有点酷。
