密闭空间失败品典型之一，在调度和剧本苍白的情况下，出色的演员很难挽回影片的水准。
相比剧情，更值得思考的是，为啥老美会拍这样一部剧，几乎一个人演完了90分钟，全是电话对白和大特写，压抑，困顿，崩溃，演技是挺绝的。

这部电影的感受我说不上来，根据丹麦版翻拍，观影过程中很紧张、刺激，杰克•吉伦哈尔出演了一位焦虑、暴躁的911接线员，剧情大部分与原版如出一辙。
