每次在小女巫幸福的时候，都被因为嫉妒而来的玛利亚女巫毁掉，换心化形的女巫设定蛮吸引人一直看下去的。
文艺恐怖片，所以在文艺片的节奏下基本也没啥好让人觉得恐怖的了。影像风格让人印象深刻。
画面质感与美学构图没得说，只是如此简单的故事，导演非要这么拍不可吗？长短镜相接风格割裂感严重，人物特写时的近焦镜头就差直接怼到脸上了。表面功夫异常强大，但难掩其成为一部故作深沉、内核却严重偏离轨道且空洞乏味的「影展电影」。以不知所云的旁白推进故事发展也真是既脱离主旨又毫无新意与体验感。有人说请文艺片导演别再霍霍恐怖片了，那我只能说你没看懂。因为这彻头彻尾就只是文艺片而已，恐怖片只是你对电影的误解罢了。

女巫和狼人的传说，佛教的轮回转世投胎，没能“跳出三界外，不在五行中”，欲望和情感仍然没有脱离人类的道德伦理范畴之外。
观众窥探他人的人生即是女主角窥探他人的过程
诗意十足，叙事性差了些，而且老女巫造型没必要弄成那么恶心。
